Is there an age limit?
All rooms are suitable for ages 12+. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Live actor nights are 16+.

Is the vault accessible?
The vault is located in a subterranean space with stairs. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible. Contact us if you have specific accessibility questions.

What should we wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. The vault is kept at a cool temperature year-round.

Can we cancel or reschedule?
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
